This was a project between me (JJR) Quiet Resistant and PIR.
Quiet Resistant ( Mano Malnuit) asked me if I could build a frame for a french rider.
From one came another. 4 QR x JJR Denver Special 24" frames were build by PIR (France) in 2013.
